With five centrally located offices, Janney & Janney is within minutes of all of the main central county courts throughout Southern California. This, teamed up with a staff of over 100 trained employees, enables us to offer the widest range of coverage to our clients under one low monthly retainer fee. Our
offices are open each weekday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
with friendly associates ready to answer your questions and assist
you with your court service support needs.

Retainer
Service
For a low monthly retainer fee our clients receive daily route pick up and review of all assignments. No need to call on every assignment. Just have it ready by your designated pick up time and count on Janney & Janney to complete the job in a timely and professional manner. Completed assignments are returned on your route in a matter of days. Our retainer clients also receive unlimited routine filings
in over 60 courts and county offices throughout Southern California at no additional charge. If you are located in a county
serviced directly by one of our offices, you can take advantage
of this great program for a low monthly charge.

Rush Filings
Do you need documents filed right away? Janney & Janney provides rush filing service to any court needed.
We can drive your filing directly to local and remote courts
for same day filings or use our extensive affiliate network
to file your document on a next day basis. In most circumstances
we can provide same day filings across the state by fax filing. Call our office to arrange for your
special filing needs.

Fax Filings
All state trial courts and many federal courts
in the state of California accept facsimile transmitted documents
for filing by fax filing agencies such as Janney & Janney.
All Janney & Janney offices are equipped with plain paper
fax machines to enable you to fax file your documents. The
office staff in the receiving office will prepare the document
for filing with the local court.
No special forms are required when fax filing through Janney & Janney.

Document Recording and Retrieval
Are your tired of waiting for your recordings to be mailed back to you 4 to 6 weeks later just to find out they are being rejected. Use Janney & Janney to get all your recording assignments done and wait no more. We make daily runs to all county recorder offices in Southern California and walk through all recordings*. Upon completion we obtain a conformation instrument number and/or copy to return.
And if you are unsure of the recording fees Janney & Janney will gladly advance any required fees for our clients.
*L A County Recorders requires all attorney services to drop all recordings for next day pick up
