FAX FILING OF DOCUMENTS

All state and federal courts in California accept faxed documents for filing.

Fax filing is cost effective, fast, and easy!

 
Fax filing can be accomplished by following these three easy steps:

B. Call the appropriate Janney & Janney office and speak with a member of our court services staff.

C. Fill out a Janney & Janney court services instruction slip (buck slip) and fax your assignment.
1. Make a good, clean photocopy of your instruction slip including our tracking number.
2. Include a fax cover page directed to Janney & Janney court services.
3. Begin faxing to the number you were given.

 

Remember to allow a minimum of 60 seconds per page for fax transmission so all of your pages will be received prior to the deadline!
Once we receive your document we will make the appropriate number of copies for filing as well as a face page of each document for conforming. Your documents will be submitted to court as quickly as possible.You will receive a call by the end of the day with confirmation that your assignment has been completed.If there are any problems with your fax transmission or with your filing, then you will receive a call from us promptly.

NOTE: Fax Filings are not covered under a retainer. Please refer to billing schedule or call for charges.
