We are currently eFiling in various divisions within the counties of Los Angeles, Orange, San Francisco, Butte, Calaveras, Fresno, Kern, Kings, Merced, Monterey, Napa, San Luis Obispo, San Mateo, Santa Barbara, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Stanislaus, Sutter, and Yuba.  

What is eFiling?

eFiling is the process wherein the filer (Attorney or Pro se) completes documentation electronically and submits the filing and the support documents through a web enabled application. This web based application integrates directly with the court filing management systems (CCMS).
