Beginning Tuesday, September 5th, Unlawful Detainer Cases will no longer be heard at the Vista Courthouse. They will now be heard at the Hall of Justice located at 330 West Broadway. Beginning August 14th, only principal parties of transfer of ownership documents my record same day, over the counter, at the Los Angeles County Recorder’s Office.
