The Superior Court of California, County of Fresno, will be transitioning to a new case
management system, entitled e-Court, effective April 1, 2026. Impact on Filings To facilitate the conversion process, please be advised of the following important deadlines and filing requirements:
- Effective Sunday, March 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM – non-criminal electronic filings will no longer be accepted via File & Serve.
- From Monday, March 2, 2026 through Tuesday, March 31, 2026, the Court will only accept paper filings for all non-criminal matters, which must be accompanied by the appropriate filing fees.
- Effective Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 11:59 PM – criminal electronic filings will no longer be accepted via File & Serve.
- From Thursday, March 26, 2026 through Tuesday, March 31, 2026, the Court will only accept paper filings for all criminal matters. Any questions regarding the status of specific filings, filing and calendaring timeframes, or applicable filing fees should be directed to the appropriate division directly
