Building on the successful implementation of a new department numbering system at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse , the Superior Court of Los Angeles County is expanding its renumbering initiative to four additional courthouse locations as part of its ongoing efforts to improve navigation and enhance the court user experience.
Effective Monday, Nov. 2, 2026, the Pomona South, Van Nuys East, Van Nuys West and Metropolitan Courthouses will transition to the updated department numbering system as part of the Court’s overall courthouse renumbering initiative.
